Photos and Videos taken on Show Day:
Castlebridge Show photographers and videographers will be present on Show Day taking photographs and videos throughout the day. This helps us to record attendance and create memories from Show Day. Some of these photographs and videos may appear on our Facebook page, our website and our Show Programme. If you do not consent to this please inform the photographer/videographer.
Disclosing Information:
We do not use or share the personal information provided to us by you (online or offline) in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

- to make contact with persons/organisations who wish to take Stalls at the Show
- to make contact with judges/volunteers required for Show Day
- to make contact with suppliers of goods/equipment, etc. for Show Day
- to make contact with persons/organisations seeking sponsorship for the Show

We use the information you supply solely for the purposes of Castlebridge Show. We do not share this information with outside parties. Exhibitors (Show entrants) information is used as follows:
- to prepare name cards for the individual entries/exhibits at the Show
- to answer your queries in connection with the Show
- to contact you with our queries regarding your exhibits and the Show
- to issue prize money after the Show
- to facilitate the return of cups and trophies for the following Show
- to prepare a list of winners for the local Press and our website following the Show
- to issue Schedules for the next year’s Show. (It has been our custom and practice over the many years of the Show to use last year’s entrants’ names for the purpose of sending out Schedules for the following year’s Show). N.B. Our Entry Form has a box which can be ticked if you do not wish to be put on next year’s Show mailing list.
