Beetroot: This is your last chance to sow beetroot for an autumn crop.  
"Red Ace" a main crop variety, it produces dark red roots, and grows well in drier conditions.

Late Season Peas there's still time to grow a fresh crop of peas in time for autumn.Choose dwarf varieties of shelling-types or mangetout, and sow direct. To avoid summer heat pick a slightly shaded spot.
