Spinach & Winter Lettuce:
Now is your last chance to sow spinach and winter lettuce 
grow undercover for winter crops.
Sow fast growing spinach varieties, sow deep and plant out in a cold frame or greenhouse before the end of autumn.

Make a last sowing of spring onion and radish now.
Use a hardy spring variety. 
In cold areas,cloche spring onions in winter. Also sow radishes thinly in drills to crop in autumn.
