CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND RULES

1-     Exhibits must be bona-fide property of Exhibitor

2-     Gardeners debarred from entering Amateur Classes.

3-     The Committee will not be responsible for any lass, accident or damage to any Exhibit while at the Show or in transit to or there from. All entries are accepted at owner’s risk. No claim for compensation arising out of Show will be entertained by the committee, neither will they be liable for any accident to Exhibitor, his or her servant, or any spectator present.

4-     Prizes will be presented in Exhibition Hall at 6 o’clock summer time.

5-     The Committee reserve the right to abandon or postpone the Show or refuse any entry.

6-     The decision of the Judges will be final.

7-     No Exhibits to be removed until 5.30 whether sold or given away.

8-     No prize money where there is only one entry in a class. No second prize for any class not having more than three entries.
