1- Exhibits must be bona-fide property of Exhibitor.
2- Gardeners debarred from entering Amateur Classes
3- The Committee will not be responsible for any loss, accident or damage to any Exhibits while at the Show or in transit to or there from. All entries are accepted at owner’s risk. No claim for compensation arising out of the Show will be entertained by the Committee, neither will they be liable for any accident to Exhibitor, his or her servant, or any spectator present.
4- Prizes will be presented in Exhibition Hall at 6 o’clock summer time.
5- The Committee reserve the right to abandon or postpone the Show or refuse and entry.
6- The decision of the Judges will be final.
7- No exhibits to be removed until 4 o’clock whether sold or given away
8- 1st and 2nd prizes given in all classes. Single entry judged on merit.
9- Cups in all classes except Dog classes must be won three years in succession for four in all. Dog classes 2 years in succession or 3 years in all.
10- Three points for 1st prize; two points for 2nd prize.
11- All exhibits must be in by 10.30 a.m.
12- Objections to any exhibit must be lodged with the Committee on Show Day (stating objector’s name)
